Be Authentic and Happy in the Undefined

Frances spoke with us at our Sunday gathering and we covered a lot of ground. Below are some of the thoughts Frances expressed. We think we can control the world, we want to fix things with glue so they won’t change. But to forgive is to unglue our judgments, our attack thoughts. If we don’t know who we are, how can we know what we want? We don’t know anything, so we can’t judge. Don’t draw any conclusions. Rather, can we withdraw our conclusions, the meaning we give to specific things? Let “undefined” be an experience, not another concept....

Angel Presence

We have such wonderful experiences of the Presence of Love when we join together, in the moment, with no other purpose in mind but to extend the Truth of What We Are to each other! What a job! To extend the Joy Of Being! Watch this video, full screen, of our recent Angel Walk to experience it with us: Music credit: Susan McCullen, You Can Relax Now, Songs from the Heart...

Scorpion Island

Nine members of the Awakening Mind community in Chapala (la Casa de Milagros) took a boat to Scorpion Island (Isla de los Alacranes), where we saw an ancient worship site of the Huichol people. Watch the...

The Inevitability of the Miraculous, by Pete

Pete has been sharing with me his perspective of seeing the inter-connectedness of everything from a more scientific perspective. We had a few deep talks where we looked from both metaphysical and scientific perspectives at the impossibility of judging, the craziness of breaking things apart, how the script is written and nothing can be different than what is. They bring the mind to a deep place of acceptance of what is, to non-judgment. His way of expressing reminds me of Alan Watts’ talk about how flowers and bees are the same...

I Know Nothing, by Birgit

A friend asked me what it has been like being here at La Casa de Milagros for the last three months and I found it very hard to explain properly. I feel like a lot has happened and I have felt several shifts in my mind, but right now I actually feel a bit disoriented. So many feelings have come up and as a result, so many changes in perspective. One of the most amazing things about being here is that we have full permission to express all our thoughts and feelings as they arise. We have two expression sessions a day, and actually we can join...

Beyond the Surface, by Frances

(Ir a español) In this audio from an expression session, Frances and Sue speak about relying more on their intuitive sense when guiding community members, and not so much on what the eyes and ears report. Jesus has this to say about the effectiveness of our senses as a basis for forming a judgment: “You do not seem to doubt the world you see. You do not really question what is shown you through the body’s eyes. Nor do you ask why you believe it, even though you learned a long while since your senses do deceive. That you believe...

Remind Me My Lord, sung by Frances Allen

I first heard this devotional song sung by the young man who composed it. Ever since it has had a place in my heart, and it always moves me to a greater devotional feeling. I am blessed to share it now.

“I Am in You,” by Esperanza

Since I was a little girl I wondered what it would be like to have a father, because I did not know my biological father. As time went on I thought about it once in a while. Then, when I started doing A Course in Miracles, I had a beautiful experience…

You Guide Me

You Guide Me

Only an experience will convince you that you are loved. You are not a concept and no amount of words, of seeking, of symbolic direction will give you satisfaction. Nor is it helpful to try to avoid dissatisfaction. The only answer to “What can I do?” is forgiveness, or allowance.
