Chevrolet Miracles, by Frances Allan

With much difficulty, two mighty companions brought my car to me  in Mexico from Utah. It would be primarily for community use. I have found it is no longer practical for me to own a car.  I have had to rely on others to help me with all my logistics. I felt it was time to pass it on to the community here, so I stated my decision to donate it. This felt guided and I experienced great relief at this decision. The car began to be used by the community. However, later when I drove it, I perceived a very large stain on the upholstery of the...

Is Loss Possible? by Lynne

Well, I am now in the third week of my community experience. (Ir a español) I love how the themes arise, expressions, movies, miracle moments all seem to reflect what has arisen for each of us in the moment. First it was forgiveness and relationship, now it has moved on to trust. I see the release and healing of each story being for me also and am so grateful for the open outpourings.  … trust would settle every problem now. ACIM T-26.VIII.2 As the movies of our seeming individual lives are forgiven, rewound, released, deleted, we move...

Living in Heaven, by Sharon

I can no longer contain my experience. It must be shared. How do I begin to express my overwhelming excitement, joy, gratitude and LOVE that is bursting out of my heart? This experience in Mexico is so much more than I could have imagined. (Ir a español) Day One was

Last night the community of La Casa de Milagros joined in celebration and gratitude for the Presence of Spirit shining, as Frances Xu, Messenger of Peace, flew out today, carried by the wings of our love to her next assignment at the Living Miracles Monastery in Utah.

A Rollercoaster Ride, by Lynne Knott

My first experience of community living. Day 1: Met at airport by Sue and Anja. Feeling very peaceful and joyful. The Casa is so beautiful, I feel this peace will last forever. Day 2: Everyone friendly and welcoming, gentle peace seems to prevail. A quiet day, feeling some seeming jetlag and tiredness. Day 3: As I did not have any duties yet and some were going to the market, I asked if I might go with them? What a riot of food and happy people, colorful and noisy, the abundant fruit and veggie provisions for the week soon purchased. Later at...

Our Music Video

The community at La Casa de Milagros was inspired to join in singing “Imagine” by John Lennon and making a video just for the fun of expressing Love together. It was a spontaneous and happy collaboration that took no time to produce! Enjoy this heartfelt gift from Awakening Mind Mexico.

Reading the Life and Teachings of Jesus, by Frances Allen

I was inspired to read Part 4 of The Urantia Book, which is about the Life and Teachings of Jesus. It was, and still is, a wonderful adventure of love.

Inspiration, by Emily

My lesson for today is Lesson 129,  “Beyond this world there is a world I want.” It feels very fitting to where my mind is at in this moment. I feel a deep desire to give and my prayer to Spirit has been to show me how. I can see the temptation to try to achieve this in form. I have always looked for security in form, which was often accompanied by obsessive planning and wanting to be on top of things. There is the tendency to still want to do the same thing now but to try to put a spiritual twist on it. I asked Frances about this the other...

Leading, Following, Guidance and Honesty

Leading, Following, Guidance and Honesty

Thoughts expressed at lunch: If you don’t feel confident to assert yourself in leading and in telling people, “This is how it is,” you will feel off, uninspired; you will have projections. When we are following we learn to relinquish our own judgment. We are here to learn to release the “I know” mind, which is competing with the Spirit’s Voice all the time. Now in a leadership role, it’s challenging because there will be a fear of delivering what you feel, especially when it seems there is no obedience. Are you to address it or not? How? All...

First Impressions at La Casa de Milagros, by Ross

How did I get here? I don’t know, really. It didn’t feel like a big choice or even a big deal. I was simply led along the way. There was some minor resistance from the ego-mind, lame little
